Returns Policy

In accordance with current legislation, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to justify your decision and without any penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email to: support@braikstudio.com, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrives defective.

We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned products without proof of delivery.

Return Exclusions

Returns of opened or used products will not be accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Custom or made-to-order items.
Downloadable digital products.
Sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Sale items
Only products purchased at the regular price will be refunded. Promotional or sale items are non-refundable except in cases of defects.
